we're going to make mushroom manchurian
you know the moment you say manchurian wow wow wow, so for this
I've got these nice mushrooms you knowi'm going to remove off the stem and keep
these shallows empty and then I wouldfill it with these stems by chopping
them
ok here I've got all the mushrooms withthe stems removed
first I'm going to chop these stems andthen I'm going to make some pasta dough
and i'm going to stuff these mushroomsagain you have this mushroom stems
finely chopped
you know this will give a very niceflavor so in this
add some grated boil panel add a pinchof salt into a firm chili powder some
chopped coriander and then just mix allof this and because there is potato
this will nicely bind little bit of cornstarch to this and then just make
this like a dough
just take this potato mixture and stuffthese mushrooms
look at this they look perfect now we'regoing to do all of this stuff and all
these mushrooms nicely
look at them these are now become verynice tasty mushrooms but now we're going
to make a batter
so just take all-purpose flour andcornstarch you know equal quantities and add a
pinch of salt and and then just mixthis and add some water and make this
into a batter and if you are a egg eater
you can add a little bit of egg and thiswill become a very nice batter but i'm
going to make the vegetarian style today
you know dip this mushroom into thisbatter and then deep-fry good and just
look at this
the stuffed mushroom and then deep-frydropping all these mushrooms & fry
till they are slightly golden on the topthese are done and just remove them on a
paper towel
look at these mushrooms nicely cook niceand soft
among the vegetarian food if I have tochoose one
the topmost you know I would choosemushrooms because when they are properly
cooked they are so super tasty that theycan be even better than any meat
preparation
so this dish is one like that, so tofinish this dish make a manchurian kind
of style
i'm going to add some oil in a pan nowwhen the oil is hot add a finely chopped
garlic and ginger
ok you have to put garlic and ginger in oil because that way it will remove any of
the raw flavor from this and when theginger and garlic sizzles that is when
it gives a very nice flavor to this sauce
ok when they are slightly sauteed nowadd a chopped onion
you know we're going to make it dry thatis the reason I want some nice sauce
coating
so we're going to add little bit of extra onion here
add salt you know for these kind of manchurian sauces and all that if i can
get hold of celery
I would love to add but i don't have celery here
you know add in this it will give a nice fantastic taste, in this
add some chopped green chilly, springonion white part, chilli powder, soya sauce
some vinegar in this add pinch of msg
you know this is optional if you want toadd you can add and also some sugar
nice chilly sauce wow, mix this, the mixture is all ready but it is very important now
to check the taste okay because........,perfect
I may have to add little bit of salt youknow the pinch of sugar will give this lot
more taste; in this because we're goingto make Indianized manchurian I'm adding
some chopped coriander and thesemushrooms which have been fried ok
look at this because this got nice flour coating, this sauce will nicely stick to
this, just toss them
look at this as soon as you toss it willnicely coat these mushrooms
wow if I'm making any other manchuriand I would have added some vegetable stock or
chicken stock
but the mushrooms also have lot ofmoisture so I'm not adding any of the
moisture in this and look at this
they are done fantastic and then on topof it
sprinkle some spring onion and thenswitch off the flame and ready to serve

the way I chopped the mushroom stemsmashed potato and put in this and stuffed
these mushrooms
I'm telling you each bite of thismushroom will be very very special
now how to eat these mushrooms of course with the fork but look at this mushroom so
nice soft but inside will be hot
just watch out wow what a awesome aroma, you know these mushrooms with soy sauce
with this kind of method they are reallyreally super

Take a bowl add mushroom chopped, grated boiled potatoes, salt, chilly powder, chopped coriander, corn starch mix it like a dough and stuff in the mushrooms, Take another bowl add all purpose flour, corn starch, salt, water, mix it like a batter and take mushrooms dip it into the batter and deep fry them.
