Today lets see how to prepare Chilli Mushroom Dry in a restaurant style !!!!
If you do not want to maida , then add another spoon of corn flour
We will mix the remaining corn flour in the gravy
Add little water and mix it well
I have added 4 tbsp of water
Set the marinated mushroom aside
Instead of chopped ginger and garlic , you can add ginger garlic paste
The remaining corn flour
Once the oil is hot enough add the marinated mushrooms
Corn flour has a tendency to stick at the bottom of the vessel , so coat the mushrooms well with the masala
When one side turns golden brown flip it to the other side
Saute well until the onions and capsicum get cooked well
If you have red chilli sauce then you can add it, instead of red chilli powder
Add little water and mix the corn flour well
Allow it to boil for 2 mins
Add the roasted mushrooms
The chilli mushroom recipe is ready !!! This dish goes well with chapati,Naan and any kind of variety rice....
If you need it like gravy then add little more water while mixing the corn flour
